Hey there, I'm Fabien, and if we're peeling back layers, let’s dive right in. My life, at a glance, seemed like a collection of wins - a somewhat successful career, a loving family, and the social media highlights to match.

But here's the gritty truth:

beneath that polished surface was a storm of unresolved stuff, insecurity and a whirlpool of emotions and experiences I hadn't dealt with.

The Hidden Battles.

Despite the outward success, I was wrestling with an inner chaos that dictated how I showed up in life. I became a master at escaping - not in the grand sense of adventure but in finding ways to numb the noise.

Sedation came in many forms, from the socially acceptable to the quietly destructive.

Anxiety wasn’t just a visitor; it had taken up residence, coloring my every decision with a shade of panic. And frustration?

It was like a constant background track, always on, reminding me of the gap between where I was and where I thought I should be.

How It All Shows Up

This unresolved turmoil? It doesn’t just sit quietly in the background. It seeps into how we do life.

For me, it showed up in the relentless pursuit of more - more success, more things, more validation - thinking it would fill the void.

It manifested in the quiet sedation of my anxieties, not with loud declarations but in subtle, socially acceptable escapes. It was in the frustration of always being 'on,' driven by an undercurrent of anxiety that wouldn’t let me rest.

Turning Inward

The turning point came when I realized this wasn’t just my battle; it was a shared human experience.

We carry these unresolved pieces, and they shape our lives in profound ways. It’s in the stress that tightens our shoulders, the quiet anxiety that keeps us awake at night, the sedation patterns we tell ourselves are just part of life, and the frustration of feeling stuck on a loop.

How to prepare myself:

No experience required

Empty belly: Try and avoid eating anything within at least 1hr prior to the session

Avoid coffee or other stimulating drinks (we will have Cacao when you arrive)

Read carefully through the CONTRAINDICATIONS* (below)

If any of the following apply to you, the full breathwork technique may not be suitable. However, I'm open to discussing a modified, gentle breathwork session for another time.

Please refrain from booking a session if you have any of the contraindications listed below. Feel free to reach out via email at and to explore a more gentle alternative.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that none of the following contraindications apply to you:

Pregnancy (at any stage)

Severe PTSD or trauma

Psychosomatic disorders

Active use of recreational drugs (during the session)

Use of medication that alters brain chemistry (such as anti-anxiety, anti-depressant, ADD, OCD medications, etc.)

Ocular issues (detached retina/glaucoma)

Kidney disease

Unmedicated high blood pressure

Cardiovascular disease (including angina, previous heart attack or stroke)

Aneurysms

Osteoporosis

Uncontrolled thyroid conditions

Diabetes (any type)

Severe asthma (for mild to moderate asthma, please bring your inhaler to the session)

Epilepsy or history of seizures

Previous diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other psychiatric conditions

Recent surgery, stitches, or injury

Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years

Any other medical, psychiatric, or physical conditions that might affect the ability to engage in activities involving deep physical and/or emotional release

COVID vaccination (please wait a minimum of 60 days and only engage in Breathwork if there are NO side effects)
